What? An individual voice coaching trajectory
Why? You long to feel more connected to yourselves and experience a less blocked sense around your voice and creative expression/ creativity. To communicate from inside out from a free and resonating place of flow and playfulness.
How? Through inviting, holding space, listening and guidance through clear tools and images, we create space for your voice to find back its natural sound, power and range without limiting, blocking and judging ideas. The intuitive nature guides us, and the intellect is made still and curious by being surprised about what suddenly sounds and feels so easy and free.
We let you connect to your resonating voice of flow and let the voice become a bridge.
Your voice bridges the inside and outside, the head, heart, and creative source. An inner 'ocean' of creativity, intuitive wisdom, inspiration, endless space, freedom and possibilities are available. And with the voice, we will unlock it to become part of your life.
It is diving deeper into your own wisdom and resourcefulness.
How do we do this?
The journey contains :
Three 75 min (live) or 60 min (online) 1:1 sessions - in your own timing, pace and choice of space.
In the studio, in nature, online or in your home. (Or a combination of these.)
In between the sessions, we continue the process and flow through check-ins and small assignments - to let you integrate the findings, freedom and playfulness into your daily life.
For who? Anyone longing to let their voice be a tool for connection and inner freedom of space, flow and resonance.
When? You can start your journey at any moment. Depending on our availability, you can book your sessions close to each other or spread them over a more extended period of 3-4 months.

Finding Inspiration: Together, we'll embark on a quest to discover inspiration in (our) Nature and its infinite re(source)fulness. We'll bring our voices of creative expression and authentic truth into the world feeling empowered, connected, and intuitively guided.
Becoming Flowing Lighthouses: It's time to nourish ourselves, recharge, and let our voices be the bridges they are - creating and sharing magic, truth, and beauty from inside out. The ancient wisdom of the dragons - holding earth, air, water, fire, light, crystal, and primal elemental wisdom ground us in our ancestor’s knowledge. That all is connected and playfully weaving.
Weekly Gatherings: Every Wednesday evening from 19.30 to 21.30hrs, we'll meet on Zoom to share our flow and connect to a new theme or element. We'll find inspiration and guidance through guided journeys to manifest our intuitive dreams into reality.
I am: Leela May Stokholm - a mother, artist, voice coach, teacher, nature lover, shamanic practitioner, and water woman. I create, guide, and hold collective creative fields of co-creation.
You are: One of the many creative women ready to let yourself feel supported, connected, and held in your path of being an innovative soul. You are ready to honour the ancient gift of resilience and creative renewal of our life force, which gave our ancestors the strength to bring us to where we are today.
The Dragons are powerful allies here to remind us of our ancient heritage, expand our awareness to see the magical fluidity of reality, and give us tools to manifest our dreams into reality. They have fully awoken and call us to know our powers and honour them. With them at our side, we create a grid where we connect and share our creative flow with playful ease, warm connection, and authenticity.

Practicalities:
When? Seven weekly Wednesday evenings from 8 May until 3 July -19.30 – 21.30 hrs CET. (Please note! No session on 29 May & 19 June)
How? Sessions are held through Zoom, offering you the flexibility to join single sessions or all seven. Each session uses another element as an inspirational starting point, empowering you to shape your learning journey.
Price? € 45 per session, € 150 for four sessions, or € 245 for the entire program, all to be paid in advance. Rest assured, this is an investment in your personal growth and creative empowerment.

'Octopus Sessions' - is a musical journey in poetry, song, looping layers, landscapes and beats by Leela May Stokholm (she/ her) and Marik de Koning (they/ them).
Diving through the waters of our collective consciousness – Octopus Sessions is an ode to water that connects, touches, comes and goes. A co-created fluidity of weaving the moment into an ark. To hold us before the dykes break.
Leela (DK/GB, born in India) is an independent performance artist, writer, singer, mother and visual artist. Her work combines her love for nature with life as a journey through inner emotional landscapes. She teaches Voice improvisation at the Mime School in Amsterdam.
Marik is a multifaceted musician and artist. They can be found playing jazz standards in big bands, to electronically producing activist songs. They are fascinated by the magic of improvisation and how awfully hard it can be to let go.

Are you curious about the deep connection between your being and the Earth? Do you long to let your voice resonate with the nature around you and deepen your connection to the Earth?
This workshop is an invitation to let your voice resonate with the Earth, to share in her rhythms, and to honour her stories with sound. We walk on her; she carries us. She gives us everything we need to live. We are made of the same material and part of the same essence—the Earth, our native soil.
Through the use of simple tools and the power of imagination and our bodies, our voices become a conduit for connection - with ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth. Together, we will create a symphony of sound and intention.
The first part of the workshop, led by Leela, is designed to help you open your voice and allow it to flow in a playful and intuitive manner.The second part, a collaboration between Shakti and Leela, is a ceremony dedicated to the Earth, a testament to our unity and readiness to honour her song lines and life with our voices.
Shakti and Leela know each other through the shamanic teachings of grand sachem Dancing Thunder.

In Celtic celebration, Beltane announces Summer. Beltane also means "Bel-fire," derived from the God Bel, the Celtic sun god, God of light, fire and healing. Beltane is the fertility festival of the year.
I am happy to invite you to the Seed Blessing ceremony I will be leading during the Beltane celebration @ Ruigoord.
Our ancestors in the North offered to the Gods - Freya en Frey - asking them for fertile grounds for growth.
A tradition asking the soil to receive the seeds and take them in, allowing life to grow in healthy, strong, and abundant juiciness into a rich harvest. To ask the seeds to feel empowered to break open and become what they hold in potency.
Not only will the seeds outside us be celebrated, for we are the Earth, too.
We call for inner and outer joyful fertility and new life. To blossom in our inner growth, and find nourishment for life here on Earth to evolve.
During this ritual, we shall bless, sing, call, shake, dance, and drum awake the juiciness of life- in us all and our nature - to flow in playful joy.
Bring your own seeds - or help us bless the bee and insect-friendly seeds we offer you.
I will guide us to activate our voices and own fertile ground to sing our intentions for the seeds playfully. We will then plant the sung seeds around the church at Ruigoord.

Welcome to the launch of the first edition of ‘Re-pair and Re-care cafe’.
We all have that idea/ poem/ story laying around. Unfinished. Unshared. A drawing, short movie, photo series, song or what ever. Just not quite done. Put on hold. Or thrown in the garbage bin.
It is time to take it out of the drawer, bin, closet. And give it a repair, recare, relook and reframe.
Maybe you need to turn something around. Add or remove a layer. Give it another title, stort, angle.
We are here to see what questions come in and help to best ability to let you walk away feeling reinspired, and with something ready to take the next step with.
How?
We serve coffee, tea, cookies and share our presence and creative input. Bring your ‘broken’, unfinished creative ideas, and let us find its next step.

A season change is on the horizon. We are moving from Autumn’s colourful voice inviting us to harvest, integrate and release. And now - Winter’s voice of stillness is calling. To allow the space we have created to be filled with our dreams. In this inner dark ground of our existence and year, we plant the new year of all the new life we wish to experience. All seems dead, dark and cold. But inside, we connect and hold a warm celebration of the cycle of life and Nature. All comes into being to be rereleased, creating space for growth and the new. Playfully, we dance in this web, singing, weaving and holding the principles of connection, courage and life in flow.
I invite you to join me on Thursday, 21st of December 2023, to celebrate the turning point and axis of the Winter Solstice.

An intensive three-day workshop from Fri 1 till Sun 3 December 2023. At Shamanic teaching space Zennergi, Purmerend.
Are you looking for more freedom in your voice? Do you feel held back, blocked and restricted from accessing your full range and freedom to express, sound and sing? Are you looking for tools to connect your voice with your body, intuition and creative and playful flow?
To be able to connect to yourself and express authentically?
During this three-day workshop, I invite you to open your voice to its full potential by working from different physical starting points and visual images. We will also apply elements from Shamanism to let the Nature that we are find even more ground, space and freedom.
In the One Sound, all sounds are present. In all sounds is the One Sound.
What?
You will learn how to listen, connect and improvise with the moment, allowing what is potent to find a voice. Through the tools offered, you will refind freedom in your voice to become a comfortable and sound tool in your healing work, creative journey and life. The voice is a bridge. When we walk it, we open ourselves to the space inside us, where all possibilities of the non-material exist.
In these three days, we will connect and open the voice, body, senses, and mind to allow an intuitive, effortless, playful flow to unfold.
On the last day, we will create a ceremonial space for singing in the light frequencies of the new world.
How?
We will work with physical somatic exercises to open the senses. In playful duet work, we will help each other see and find new possibilities through connecting our voices to different body parts and organs. Working with toning and opening the full range of the voice, we liberate space to create harmonies and playful flow together. In group improvisation, we learn to listen and connect, co-creating a field of holding and letting ourselves follow our intuitive flow.
In a guided journey and ceremony, we will invite the voice of the One Sound to be accessible to us. To connect to our potential of being the bridges to sing in the frequencies, voices and harmonies this world so profoundly longs to hear again.

I will start a two-week work residency in the studio of the Mime Fabriek, on Monday, the 22nd of May.
In 2020 I worked on the theme ‘water’, which resulted in the performance ‘Ocean in me’, the book of short poems ‘Waves’ and the music album ‘Arms of Golden Light’.
After two years of collecting, writing, and preparing, I dive into the studio to let my whole instrument - body, voice, space, imagination, flow, and playfulness join forces to revolve around fire, flames, light and more. And create new work.
I am very excited and have invited different voices to co-create with me during the process. As in the water - research, I will dive into the collective creation process and let the interactions, connections, moments and inspiration co-create what will be birthed into life and form.

A season change is on the horizon. We are moving from days of turning inwards, dreaming and planting the seeds in our inner soil into sharing them with the light and the heart. A time to voice our dreams and give them the strength to grow into reality.
I invite you to join me on Monday, 20th of March 2023, to celebrate this turning point and axis of the Spring Equinox. Here in this still point of the year wheel’s turn between Winter and Spring, I invite us to connect to the feminine principles of Nature and the fertile dark soil of our wombs space. There where new life sparks, by the passion and fire of our hearts in life’s power to grow.

Leela uses her strong intuitive, playful Nature with her craftsmanship and long experience as a performer, artist and teacher in physical acting, modern dance, improvisation, music, kung fu, Lichtenberger singing technique, and shamanic training and healing methods. Since 2013 she has been a voice improvisation teacher and coach of individual creative processes at the Mime School in Amsterdam.

How to connect to your source of creative flow and resourcefulness? To your unique answers to your unique life.
What is the meaning of a ceremony? How can we create a collective ritual and gathering in both celebration and grief? What do you want to take with you, what are you ready to let go of?
What?
We will mark the season transition by creating a seven-day online journey (17th - 23rd of March 2022) around the Spring Equinox on the 20th of March.
The 3 days before and 3 days after the Equinox I invite you to join me in a safe-held online group where we flow together to connect in creative play and voice.
How?
We are always in-between. Always growing, learning, leaving something behind, outgrowing, inviting, birthing. During this Spring Voice Journey, we will voice the life that is moving within us. Through allowing flow in writing, drawing, voice improvisations - a small journey of intuitive creative expression. The opening up of our own and personal connection to the seasons and Nature.
Details
- A closed online group will be made where small assignments, inspirations, questions will be asked to guide the journey.
- This group of like-minded individuals will share, voice, and resonate, but above all encourage you on your journey.
- You do not have to worry about 'being’ an artist/ creative / a singer! This is about voicing from within, there is no need for experience. (Only the tiny courage to connect and express yourself)

This is the 3rd year I am hosting a Seasonal transition journey and the previous Season's voices were all so warm and inspiring! A blazing blast and joy to feel how intimate and inspiring a connection is possible to be made even on this online stage.
Inviting our creative flow, our poetic brains our dreams become more lucid and colorful. Our connections deeper within and without by sharing how life moves in us, around us, together with Nature and her seasons.

A season change is on the horizon. We are moving to darker days, a time of inwards, of resting and dreaming the New. And in the midst of this darkness, on the Winter Solstice, we plant our seeds of intentions, calling the light back and the Sun to slowly but surely return.
The Sun seems to stand still during the longest night of the year on Winter Solstice, Tuesday 21st of December. A still point of before it makes it way to its slow return with longer days and more light. A beautiful moment to connect, honour life and plant our intentions.
I invite you to co-create in ceremony this turning point, and with our joined voices, bodies, and drums to create a field in which we ask in the Winter to be one of healing and connecting to our most inner light. To dream up a new round around the Sun, and our Earth into its true state of Beauty once again.
I have rented the beautiful old sailor church in Durgerdam (just outside Amsterdam) with runes on the floor (which awakens my Danish Viking roots). A space that invites our voices to sound free and resonate.
I promise it will be a unique experience.
How? I will open the evening with my voice and drum and then invite you to join in. I will also create a guided journey to let you find your Winter Voice with inspiration.
When? Tuesday 21st of December, from 19-21.30hrs.
What to bring? Bring your voice, body, drum, or flute (or what feels like it wants to join in). A blanket and cushion/ something to sit on. Also bring stones, flowers or other things for the altar we will create as well as some small offerings to share (like fruit/ nuts/ chocolate).
Price? I aks a free-to-decide-your-self-amount of contribution to share the rental of the church. Please bring in an envelope.
Location: Durgerdammerdijk 76, 1026 CB Amsterdam. Free parking behind the church. You can bike from Central Station or take the bus. There will also be people who come in the car. We can coordinate to bring you.

What?
Learning and healing yourself through the playfulness of life and the tribe.
2 outdoor nature sessions, 4 studio sessions, 2 x 2-day outdoor nature sessions, 1 individual session, and personal guidance. (Optional sweat lodge weekend.)
An 8-month intensive program to open and empower your voice. To let you express yourself authentically in a safe held and connected group.
We let Nature inspire us to a connected flow between the body, mind, and energy. Finding our way back to our source of creativity, we find endless resourcefulness. The voice becomes a bridge to express yourself clearly from a playful, intuitive, and grounded sense of freedom to be yourselves.
Why?
We often feel something is missing. A deep longing to feel connected. To ourselves, our creativity, intuition, as well as others on a deeper layer. We long to express ourselves freely and powerfully from our truth while still connecting with the other.
Living in a time of great changes, we are called to acknowledge that we are all path makers. The more we allow ourselves to connect to our deeper layer of self, the more we inspire others to connect to their own authentic core. And from there, the space emerges to co-create from a place of playfulness, ease, and authenticity.

Creative souls, artists, teachers, leaders, parents, sensitive’s, earth keepers, and nature lovers, longing to express authentically, free, and playfully with confidence. And to learn how to co-create from a place of connection, intuition, and personal truth.
No singing or performance skills are needed.

Summer was one of connection and celebrating the warmth of the Sun and life in full blossom.
Autumn is asking us to go inwards and digest what we experienced and learned slowly.
It is time to harvest the fruit of our journey.

We will mark the season transition by creating a 7-day online journey (19th - 25th of September 2021). On the Autumn Equinox (22nd of September), we will hold a ceremony.
The three days before and three days after the Solstice, I invite you to join me in a safe-held online group where we let our voice flow to connect in creative play and weaving. To digest, celebrate, and shed the old, so we are ready to invite in the new.
Why?
We are always in-between. Constantly growing, learning, leaving something behind, outgrowing, inviting, birthing. Aligning with the seasons, the movement of the Sun, and the Earth connects us to a sense of grounding. Here we are now - in our fast-moving and changing lives.
During this Autumn Voice Journey, you are encouraged to voice the life that is moving within you. In an authentic expression, whichever way you chose - writing, drawing, voice improvisations, singing. The invitation is to relate to the season transition in your personal way. To reclaim our voice of Nature.
How?
- Through daily emails, you will receive questions, inspirations, and suggestions to guide the journey.
- In a closed group (on Slack), you will be stimulated and invited to share, voice, and connect with like-minded individuals on this individual journey through the Season transition.
- Do not worry about 'being an artist/ creative / a singer. This journey is about connecting to what is and voicing from within, so there is no need for experience. (Only the tiny courage to connect and express yourself)

Whether you join the Summer Voice - a season transition or not, (from the 18th till 23rd of June) the Summer Solstice is coming up.
Usually, I hold a ceremony for the changing season at Equinox and Solstice's online. But I have wanted so long to do so: live.
I hope you will join me!
I rented the beautiful old sailor church in Durgerdam with runes on the floor (just outside Amsterdam), which is big enough to let us all have a safe distance to meet live. But also to let you have a unique experience in a place with an amazing acoustic and atmosphere, where my voice more than once called me to sing.
I will do so. To invite in the Summer and our voices to join in a co-creating improvising weaving of our intentions. With me, I ask you to help me playfully plant the seed of the voice of Summer to sing to us. Of joyful connection, warmth and freedom of heart, with and from our authentic voices.
You can actively join in which your voice or just passive enjoy the guided journey I will create and the singing that will happen.
From 19-21hrs. Bring your drum, flute, you, something to sit on, and something small to share to eat (nuts/ chocolate).
Price: Free. I only ask for a free-to-decide-your-self-amount of contribution for the rental of the church.

What?
This is the fifth (and last) workshop of a row of 5 online Voice of Life Flowing sessions. These are meant to help you align and connect to your creative source of creative, playful self-healing.
Each session is inspired by another animal and its energy, to allow us to connect to different parts of our awareness.

This session is connected to the Whale
By attuning to the energy of the whale and the themes she reminds us of having, we invite in an understanding of the resonating field sound connects to. The innate ability to heal opens and we understand that the subconscious waters are not one of just dreaming. But of truly opening ourselves to the magic of life as a fluid reality, where all possibilities are present. When we know how to call them.
How?
Through a guided journey, exercises and tools we will invite our voice, body, and mind to connect and align to our source of self-healing.
Before the session, you will receive a mail of inspiration.
Who?
Anyone curious to deepen their connection to voice, mind, body aligned and open the authentic voice of creative flow for healing. No experience nor singing skills needed.
