It asks us to listen, connect and become an alley on our journey.
When we start working togther with our body, energy and nature - we unlock our full potential. Like a tree - grounded and resting in itself - we resonate from the inside out, instead of pushing against it. We come home. And our voice becomes a bridge - to communicate the truth of our being - unique, real and alive.

Fear of exposure, feeling vulnerable, old ideas and habits, inner resistance - all coming from our conditioning - holds us back and keeps making ourselves smaller - editing before we speak, and waiting until it feels safe to be seen. Doubting our own intuitive knowing.
Until we realize it is costing our aliveness. Our joy, flow, and inner sense of expansion, and freedom. Our lives needs us to take leadership. It needs our voice to trust itself and speak direction.
It can feel scary yes, sounding yourself. But the voice is a tool of connection. Of listening and allowing. Not of performing in disconnection.
Your voice is not gone, wrong, or broken. The life you are is trying to connect to you - calling you home. In a renewed and reclaimed sense of belonging to yourself and expressing the life you are.

I’m Leela. Born in India and grew up in Denmark. Now live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. With a background in modern dance/ physical theatre (Mime) and voice improvisation (Briesen) I guide people home to their own voice and their own size — playfully, deeply, from the roots up.
I know the path because I am a creative soul that continuously had to find my way balancing the endless inner realm of emotional landscpae and vast spiritual space of inspiration - and learning to bring it into the material realm and stay grounded.
As a mother, a shamaic practision, performer, teacher and coach I love playing open the endless possibilities of seeing life as a dance. We are creators and my biggest challenge and healing was that I found back my own humor, tools to overcome inner resistance/ fears and build a muscle of trust in my infinite nature of resourcefulness and intuitive knowing.
My voice became the bridge to bypass my self judgement and limiting mind.
I am inviting you to allow your voice to guide you back to your playful essence and inner freedom.
