Voice of the Moon & the Sun 

A 2-day workshop of freeing, and empowering the Voice through balancing the feminine and masculine energies of Nature into your full potential.

It is so easy to get stuck in the head. To lose connection with our inner knowing and not trust that we know all the answers inside. Do we trust our inner voice? We also know the fear of letting our voice sound freely in the outside world. Will we be heard? Understood? Can we express ourselves authentically? Will we be judged for being too much, too loud, too quiet, too this, too that?

We are sensitive beings trying to find our balance between feeling, knowing, doing, being. So much inner judgement and insecurity need to transform so that the voice, our internal as outer voice, can feel safe to surrender to its longing to express itself authentically.

This is an invitation to playfully sound the life we are alive by letting our voices be a bridge. To let your voice feel heard, and connect to your source of playful creativity.

What?

A 2-day voice workshop to open, activate, and connect our voices to Nature's feminine and masculine energies. These principles have nothing to do with our sex, as we all have both aspects in us. It is about bringing them into balance and knowing their qualities - strengths, and weaknesses.

We will work with the elements of Water and Fire as an image for the energies to find tools to bring our sensitive, intuitive Nature and decisive clarity together in alignment.

Through simple, clear exercises and playful holding of space and guidance, the imagination, body, senses, and voice are opened and connected. We work individually as well as in duos and as a group, tapping into our full potential through physical exercises and guided journeys and find new space and inspiration to reconnect to our full potential.

Why?

We often feel something is missing. A deep longing to feel connected. To ourselves, our creativity, Nature, our intuition, and others on a deeper layer. We long to express ourselves freely and powerfully from our truth while still connecting with the other.

2022 is the year of the feminine principle. We all called to connect to this inner knowing of intuition, holding space, the playful, creative life force that, on the one hand, wants to nourish and the other hand freely flow and play in her wild Nature and wisdom. 

But equally, we need to tap into the masculine principle to awaken our inner leadership of personal power, to protect and integrate the feminine principles in ourselves and around us in the world - something that is so desperately needed. 

We let Nature inspire us to a connected flow between the body, mind, and energy. Finding our way back to our source of creativity, we find endless resourcefulness. The voice becomes a bridge to express yourself clearly from a playful, intuitive, and grounded sense of freedom to be yourself.

Living in a time of significant changes, we are called to acknowledge that we are all path makers and leaders. The more we allow ourselves to connect to our deeper self, the more we inspire others to connect to their authentic core. And from there, the space emerges to co-create from a place of playfulness, and ease.

Who? 

Creative souls, artists, teachers, leaders, parents, sensitive's, earth keepers, and nature lovers, longing to express authentically, free, and playfully with confidence.

No singing or performance skills are needed!!

How? 

By creating a safe space to explore, connect and play, individually and as a group, we open the space of letting our voices play, weave, experiment and sound freely. Through clear tools and assignments, we awaken the somatic and sensitive Nature of our bodies and voice. Through images as well as guided journeys, we connect to our intuitive inner knowing and imagination, creating space beyond our limited thinking.

Leela uses her intuitive and playful craftsmanship as a voice improvisation teacher at the Mime School, Amsterdam, as well as her performance background in physical acting, modern dance, kung fu, Lichtenberger technique and shamanistic training.
