What
The Voice Tajectory is a six-month journey with a small group of like-minded creative souls, wanting to connect to their voice and source of authentic expression and creativity.
We will meet once per month in the studio and finish with a forest session outside.
How
Through different individual and groups exercises we will open and generate an intuitive and safe playing field to work and meet ourselves and each other. Using the circle to connect as equals and speak from our own truth.
We will work physically with touch, contract improvisation and gentle manipulations to generate connection with whole body.
We will work with the voice – opening the brilliance and clear resonance, as well as improvising together to open the musical brain, and allow in playful flow.
We will work with intuitive drawing, writing and voicing as feedback and reflection exercises.
During our session in the forest we will connect to the different elements and play and connection with ground, trees and inner as well as outer landscapes to connect. We will align our voices to a natural flow and energy of connection.
I intuitively coach you as well as the group into an intuitive field of learning from ourselves. To align you to your most clear and authentic place of voice connecting you to the whole of yourself. I give you tools, inspiration, assignments and space to listen to yourself. I will listen with you, so your ears find clarity. All in your own pace and personal process.
We will work in the studio, online as well as in nature.

For anyone who wants to feel freer in their use of voice and expression, and to connect to their intuitive source of creativity. (No singing skills needed)
